Even though we have complete confidence in our products we understand they may not be for everyone.  Therefore, we offer a 30 day full money back guarantee (minus the cost of return shipping).

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at info@elliesearth.ca within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll take over from there.  To recieve a refund you will simply need to ship back the products in their original packaging to the address below.  Once we recieve your shipment please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original method of payment.
